Our unique adventures offer a rare opportunity to connect with gentle reindeer and learn about the traditional Sámi way of life.

Guided Tour - Meet Reindeer in Hammerfest
✔ Visit the Sámi camp and feed the reindeer
✔ Opportunity to take photos with the reindeer and the Arctic landscape
✔ Learn about reindeer herding and the importance of reindeer in Sámi culture
✔ Gather inside the lavvu (Sámi tent)
✔ Listen to traditional joik and stories about Sámi culture & history

Slow Life - Winter Living with the Indigenous Sámi People
✔ Embark on a 4-day journey with the reindeer herd and experience the Sámi way of life
✔ Chance to witness the magical Northern Lights in the evening
✔ Pick-up and drop-off service included
✔ All meals and guiding provided
✔ Participants must bring suitable winter clothing. Extra gear can be provided if needed.
SEASON: Available daily from December 25th to March 1st
Spring Reindeer Calving – Sámi Life at Its Beginning
✔ Spend a day with a Sámi reindeer-herding family during calving season
✔ Travel by snowmobile sled into a quiet mountain valley
✔ Be among the reindeer herd and take part in daily life when appropriate
✔ Chance to witness a newborn calf (not guaranteed)
✔ Traditional Sámi meal by the fire
✔ Pick-up & drop-off included
✔ All meals, guiding and transport provided
